He is really a borderline player, his dominance in his best years though might get him over the hedge.
It helps that he wasn't in the PED speculation as far as I know. |

well after looking up some stats, no hitter since 1998 has ever got in with less than 2,000 hits...... he ended his career with 1,933 hits.

| Cheesey, I think his defense might be good enough to push him over the edge. It may be asking a lot considering Ozzie Smith is the only hall of famer that was voted in because of dominant fielding. |
