So I want to bring a GUI INFRONT of the Topbar, so I set the ZIndex to 10, I can't find the TopBar's ZIndex when I was looking through its coding. (I may just be bad at looking)
Is there a way I can bring down the TopBar's ZIndex?
Or put a Gui in front of the default topbar. |

Nope, the topbar is part of the CoreGui. You can't bring it down. However putting the gui behind the topbar CAN be just as good:

There is no way you can change the layout of the topbar. And there is no ZIndex high enough to overlap the bar. The least you can do is to hide all the interfaces you can except the menu button and make a non-transparent black background behind the bar.

| The top bar just looks so stupid with only 3 icons, which are usually reduced to 1 in most games, so I want to add more icons to it to make it look nice, but I can't even do that. Thanks anyway. |

@Flowery WRONG. You can do A LOT more than make it pure black... You can color it in MANY ways! AND you can add your own buttons with proper coding: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=168708857
Example default colors:

| It would be better if I didn't have to do some hacky thing to do so. |

| I cannot add my own WHITE buttons, which is the issue, everything turns grey and looks really bad. I want my icons to look like part of the TopBar, it just looks so empty. If only I could rewrite the CoreGuis. |

You don't need white buttons, you need contrasting buttons.
Personally I suggest taking out all icons but the main menu (that's white because it's a really important button), switching the color of the topbar, then using well contrasting colors to make colorful buttons. |

@warpsy I read through your post. Looks interesting. I'm going to test out what some of the things you listed in there.
