I've been awake since Tuesday 05:05 GMT
It's not Saturday 14:50
That's roughly 105 hours
Please, help me...

Whenever I try going to sleep, I lay there, eyes shut for approximately 5 hours with random thoughts and conversations sprouting in my head, I also hate the doctors.

| Go buy some melatonin pills. They're natural sleeping pills that you can't get addicted to. |

"68 hours: Our body generally shuts off at this point, and lapses into unconsciousness or deep REM sleep against our will. This will NOT happen if we are kept awake. We usually recover from our lack of sleep during this unconsciousness or deep sleep."
just try not to do anything that is likely to keep you awake e.g bright lights - also from backlit displays and caffeine
just know that no-one consciously falls asleep like "oh oh nice im sleeping now" so just take it easy, relax and do something you like and you'll be asleep before you know it
obviously random thoughts are also keeping you awake so try doing something that is distracting but is not likely to keep you up for long
idk if you read many books but you could try reading an actual physical book instead of one on a backlit display or maybe sit in bed or draw?
that's all i got |

I really don't think that quote is accurate to me (personally) as I have stayed up longer than that multiple times, but never have I stayed up this long before.

oh...
try finding a natural sleep aid if you can as that seems like the best solution in your situation |

Take sleeping pills or day dream in the night
Imagine a story in your head and as it continues you will probably be asleep before it ends.
Sometimes it turns out to be your dream. |

I don't really like pills, but I can try sleeping aids.

Well you need to go to the doctors. You may have a case of insomnia. |
