No real way for Roblox to enforce it if it's done in game.. Same reason they don't like deals outside the systems

| @L2K you can, have players put listings in a main table saved by datastores and input a tshirt id that other players could buy |

How is Roblox to make sure the deal goes through tho?
A developer has a bug, guy buys it from other guy, doesn't get his item.. can't go through Roblox 'cause its done in game and if it works by the time they check it out they can't really tell And even if there was a bug and they didn't get the item, all they could really do is content delete the game and ban the creator Which wouldn't really solve much and they wouldn't want to do that over a glitch
