Hello everybody,
I've played Roblox perfectly on my old computer. But now my new, many times better, computer runs it with quite some lag. It runs slow, even with lower graphic quality. Other games, like Assassins Creed Revelations run fine.
Is there something I'm missing, or does someone know a solution? |

| Maybe your new computer got a bad graphic card, or maybe just a bad processor. |

| Is it just on one game, or on all of them? If its only on one or two games its probably just the "Free Modles" |

You didn't give us computer details, we can't tell how good it really is.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.1 GHz 16GB RAM 1024 MB GDDR5 GPU With 790MHz Core Clock and 1000MHz Memory Clock
I don't believe my pc shouldn't be able to handle Roblox... :P |

| It's somehow getting better, but I think it shouldn't lag at all. |

| It's no good just saying your computer is good, we'll be the judges of that. Write down your specs. |

| Are you sure that it's graphical lag, and not to do with a slow or intermittent internet connection in your area? |

| I thought lag from slow internet only lagged the other players and moving blocks, but my whole screen just lags. But I will give it a test. Thanks. |

| Still I don't think 8 Mb/s should be a problem, should it? |

1.Open ROBLOX studio.
2. Click "Tools"
3. Click "Settings"
4. Go to "Rendering"
5. Turn bevels off. And if you didn't already, change all "MaterialQualities" to low instead of Automatic. |

^^^ Yes, and hit escape while in game, game settings, uncheck auto, and set slider to one. |

| I understand this all, but it shouldn't be the problem, I have quite a massive PC, and my last PC, which was way slower, didn't have any lag. Am I forgetting some switch? |

| Well, I'm guessing your Internet Connection is pretty slow - I can't be the judge of it as I don't know your ISP's max internet speed, which is probbably 20 MBPS - but having a low internet connection speed can somtimes be the cause of some lag. |

| What's your ISP? Sky Internet? Orange? Builderman Networking? Those sort of things. |

Try switching graphic cards? Or it also could be your computer.
My computer is not a gaming computer as it is more for business, So games don't run good on it. |

Lag is caused when your computer can not receive connection from the website server therefor it will freeze (lag) because server may not be responding fast enough. And if you are playing a good powerful game like this your processor may not be able to handle the movement and the loading bricks Graphics card ( I dunno the solution or reason ) |

| As you can read above, my specs should be enough to run Roblox twice without lag, still it doesn't. I don't remember having this lag, with my old Pc, and the same internet. |

Lag comes from your internet connection. If you bought a super uber computer of h311 with a freacking bad wireless/wire connection card, then congradulation you just bought one of the worst computer.
