all you need is a balanced diet and a good calorie intake/outtake ratio
if you dont burn off the calories you gain
you wont lose weight, you'll gain it

Fun fact: Just by watching calories and doing some exercise, I have lost 3lbs. in just one week.

No, I am not starving myself or overworking myself.

I just eat right and try to do some physical activity.

Around 1000. It may not seem like a lot but trust me, I have been staying very full.

It might be because I haven't been feeling very hungry lately.

I'm just not a big eater. Even then, for sides at dinner I eat fruits and vegetables, which are extremely low calorie (I think a cucumber has 1 calorie). For the main dish it's usually something along the line of grilled chicken or stir fry (also low calorie). Dessert might be a sugar free cup of pudding (60 calories).
