Alright, so my game will involve somewhat large distances, large enough to have parts not render to the screen anymore because you're too far away. There are still important landmarks that need to be gotten to and returned to. Instead of just giving people coordinates, I've decided to use a GUI. The problem is that I only have a faint idea of how to do it. The idea I have is to use that one function in the camera to get the screen coordinates of the part and position the GUI with that.
I'm here to ask, what do you guys think? Is there an easier or faster way to do this that I'm not seeing? |
