My fellow Congressmen,
We have seen the Supreme Court exile Chief Justice Sufferpoop from the bench, and we have seen the American people strongly oppose this move. It is our duty to respond to the American people, yet we can't due to the Supreme Court possessing the authority to deny Constitutional Amendments.
Regardless of how this amendment proposal goes, we need to show the American people that we care about their concerns, and we need to show the Supreme Court that we will not stand on the sidelines. _____________________________________________ ****Bill****
Introduction: Due to the recent actions of the Supreme Court, this document acknowledges that the United States Congress needs to act and show the American people we do not want to tolerate the Supreme Court's abuse, and that we will listen to the people.
This bill, if passed, will present a new Amendment to the Constitution, and submit it to the Supreme Court for approval.
Section I: If passed, the Amendment listed below this bill will be presented to the Supreme Court to be approved as an Amendment to the Constitution.
Conclusion: If passed by each House of Congress with a 2/3 Super-majority, the Amendment listed below will be presented as a Constitutional Amendment to be approved by the Supreme Court.
If passed by a majority of the Supreme Court, the Amendment listed below will become a new Amendment to the United States Constitution. _____________________________________________ Amendment (#) to the United States Constitution:
SECTION 1. The Supreme Court will no longer have the ability to expel Supreme Court Justices from the Supreme Court. This power will be re-delegated to the House of Representatives with the Senate serving as the body to convict impeached Justice as defined by the Constitution and Senate Judicial Procedures.
SECTION 2. The Supreme Court will no longer have the ability to approve Constitutional Amendments passed by the United States Congress. This power will be re-delegated as a ROBLOX game-operated Referendum that will require at least 100 people giving a 2/3 approval of any Amendment passed by the United States Congress. |

I object to the 100 member threshold. Everything else is absolutely fantastic. Good for you for making this.
