| I bought builders club and 800 robux using my iTunes account in the Roblox app and I have not received it yet. I purchased it yesterday afternoon and it billed my iTunes account but nothing yet. I can email a mod a picture of my apple receipt if that is needed. Thanks. |

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. I solved mine by removing a jailbreak tweak.
Your phone jailbroken? If not, then I don't know how to help. Sorry.

| It charged my account so it's definitely nothing to do with jailbreak. The only tweaks I have on there are lockscreen tweaks and themes. |

| @slingshotjunkie, How long should it take for them to reply? I emailed them twice, once yesterday and once today. I tweeted at them telling them that I emailed asking about it and haven't gotten a response and they replied with, "We'll be happy to help you by emailing us at info@roblox.com"... I already did. |

Buy builders club first then you can buy 1000 robux for the same price as 800 robux.
And buying from iTunes is not buggy, I use it everytime for my bc and robux. |

It's probably processing, if you were charged, you should email info@roblox.com If your account wasn't charged, then just wait, it's probably just processing.
