| So everytime I try to play or open studio it tells me to download, yet nothing pops up to download (Yes I've tried the 'if it doesn't start soon' button) I've uninstalled and tried to reinstall but again, I can't install. This extremely annoying and I can't do anything. |

To download? Studio? Are you talking about ROBLOX Player or ROBLOX Studio? More info plz. |

Try reinstalling Roblox (if you haven't already). When reinstalling, make sure you removed both Roblox Player and Roblox Studio.
If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. A restart causes the computer to reload the files and usually fixes an occasional error.
If both don't work, it may be a network error. Your first option is to disconnect from your Wi-Fi network and then reconnect. If that doesn't work, your second option would be to restart your router (unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it in again, etc.). Then, reconnect to your network. |

| It is maybe because of window's 10 when I try and join a game it's like Install now to play or what ever I got the new window's 10 if you got roblox please don't install it with window's 10. |
