I don't know, I got this message:
Greetings, Arcadian. I am an anonymous former officer of the Imperium that would like to inform you on the status of the Imperium. The Imperium is nothing more than a poor continuation of what it once was compared to it’s prime from Summer 2012 to Summer 2013. It will never be able to relive itself, for the veterans that once made it are no longer with it. Only few of them remain, and you could be one of them, actually, since this message is being sent to every member of the Imperium.
The original Imperium’s community has mostly went to three groups: The Sovereign Dominion, led by Obtention, The Empire of Aquilium, led by the maestro himself, brickster, and Haven, led by rodgerdodger.
You can see a partial list of people who have migrated to these groups below.
TSD
Obtention, spartank45, Streety, dukebl00devil, Arcainek, RoDuck3D, Mastertnt1000, ModernPrice, KingOfFencing, brandon6099, kougrakub, aqous, Inysa, Dynamite2787, blazekiller279, ImperialSwordz, kjr51, pr0k1ll3r, deathbazooka606, mitche8, brian987987, alexdiego
Aquilium
brickster1324, doomknight4255, Arickan/Revaik, TinpotOps, Castellnus, clonetrooper3ooo, Strieken, zerolahero, Smog879, ShatteredQuantum, Inductive, Abillityx, XenonImperium, kingofkingskillzoid
Haven
rodgerdodger, BoostPowah, Oloff, Lissitski, Korte6, meto02, bobnine789, Eraticus
Haven carries the spirit of the Imperium, The Sovereign Dominion carries most of the community, and Aquilium carries most of their old development and some of their leaders.
If anything, the Imperium is a firm ‘no’ and acts as a rebellion to the founder, brickster, who wanted TGI back. Tainteddark, the heretic who owns the Imperium, refused to hand it back. Your Primarch (who did nothing for the Imperium), Khorvak, has failed his test. Tainteddark has decided to continue his rebellion by breaking his promise to decide TGI’s fate by the 30th and make DystraTala the new Primarch. This cycle will likely continue.
It is with great sorrow I say that the true Imperium has fallen. It is now not even a fragment of what it once was. It isn’t even visible to the naked eye to how small the current Imperium carries of that of its past.
I sincerely suggest joining one of the following groups.

Yours truly,
A former officer of the golden era. |

Dystra's doing a much better job than both Tainted and Korvak and will without a doubt get TGI back on its knees and bring it back into the Top 10.
Virtually all of the original core members of TGI have left to carve their own paths, true, but as long as there is someone to keep the values TGI was founded on, such as Dystra, then TGI will never die.
TGI's continuation in Aquilium and Haven, (not TSD; you're way off track if you think TSD carries any values besides community, that's why it won't last long) as well as A-SOV to a degree is proof of its immortality.
And enough of that crap about "oh I'm from the golden era TGI is so bad ugh *swoon*." You had your time, so did I, we had fun, we went our own ways, fin. Old girl's still running and there's someone competent at the steering wheel; that's all I need to keep at ease when I think about TGI. |

@ reversonal
You weren't in TGI for even a fifth as long as I, or Rodger, or Smog, or the dozens of others I could name off the spot.
As if you could read this and act like you can agree without knowing the full context. |
