III. Initiation & Recruiting & Reconditioning
1. Sith are instruments of war, only through rigorous training, and discipline can one hope to achieve true power.
a. As a hopeful accepted into training skills pertaining to swordsmanship, reaction time, map movement, and grammar must be honed to a near basic level.
b. Once a hopeful has shown enough capability in these areas, they will be inducted as recruits.
c. As recruits they will receive multiple trainings a week, and be assigned into "pre" Units.
d. These pre-units will be randomly assigned to raid a neutral group. They will be accompanied by a scout whose purpose is to record the recruit's success in raids and which recruits stand out among the rest.
e. After approximately several (2) weeks of training and raids, the recruits are evaluated. If recruits pass evaluation, they will be transferred into the Empire reassigned to a new unit and become fully realized Sith. Recruits that fail evaluation are given another week to raid and truing in hopes to pass the next evaluation.
f. This is to be repeated until a recruit passes evaluation, or drops out. |
