| So, my mom has been complaining that her laptop is running incredibly slowly (which is true, takes two minutes just to open chrome/firefox). I felt the wristpad, and it was incredibly hot. When I installed a temperature monitoring program, I found that the laptop was almost 200 degrees. I checked, and the fan doesn't seem to be working at all. I can't let her keep using the thing unless she wants it fried... its just not safe. I might lend her my Asus laptop (which is my main computer) so she has something safe to use while i'm working on fixing her system. |

| A cooling pad will only help so much. |
