Preamble: It is our job to rid of corrupt individuals in the Judicial Branch.
RyanRevan thinks that being a Justice means he's exempt from laws. He favors Federal Judges and ignores Rule of Law. On the Warrant database, you can see him removing AOS' because he doesn't agree with them. He obstructs justice by removing AOS when he has no power to do so. It doesn't say in the Constitution that one justice can remove any warrant they want.
Be it enacted by the House of Represenatives and the Senate,
1. Justice RyanRevan shall be removed as a Supreme Court Justice and be barred from ever holding public office.
Charges: Obstruction of Justice. |

| Aye; We need people in our nation's highest court who know how to interpret the law, and not abuse their powers to influence judges without the consent of the SC as a whole. |

gosh thats like saying a presidential pardon is illegal
The video for the AoS was removed by Famion so in order for this to actually be valid there needs to be some valid evidence he did it. I will support this and I won't be partisan if video comes out Starboy did do it.

I find it incredibly sad the House goes out of its way to impeach people for faulty reasons.
All AoSes are not fool proof, and some of them are abusive. Famion AoSed a fellow Judge for Contempt of Court, that just doesent make logical sense. The power to AoS is one that should be used lightly, if at all. It is mainly used for mass murderers or rogues. Starboy28 did neither of these acts. :ming a statement then leaving the court house does not constitute a crime in any country - let alone the United States of America. The rule of law is important - but as is the ability of higher powers to ensure the lower ones may not abuse it. A basic tenet of our judicial system is that the decisions of lower courts are overrided by those of higher courts - this is just that. I did not obstruct justice - rather, I protected a person from abuse. :ming a false statement in good faith that he believed it was true, does not constitute illegal or malicious behavior. If this impeachment does pass, then the House sets a precedent that any AoS made by a Federal Judge is un-overrideable, no matter how shoddy the reasoning. By the logic of this impeachment, a Federal Judge could AoS a man for looking at him the wrong way, and no one would be able to override that AoS.
This is a case to test the validity the charge ''contempt of court.'' So dearly held in our judicial system is the tenet of trial by jury - that a man is not guilty unless convicted by a jury of his peers. Starboy28 was convicted by quite literally, the one man judge, jury, and executioner. All he did was :m a statement, does that deserve an AoS? If at a House Session, the Majority Leader :ms a wrong rule, does that deserve an AoS?
The House of Representatives has to ask itself this question - is the AoS of one judge unoverridable? |

Members of Congress,
I'd encourage you to rescind your votes, should you have already cast them. My point is the following;
• The other judges used the arrest warrant illegally • Justice RyanRevan upheld the 5th amendment, requiring due process under the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure
So, are you really going to impeach him for upholding the rights of the people? Upholding justice is not the equivalent of obstruction. You can only impeach an individual for high crimes and felonies, so please detail the specific crime, with the US Code citation, or this impeachment is unconstitutional.

For all of your statements to be true the AoS Act needs to be changed and the constitution amended. What you did was way out of your borderline and you shouldnt have "overruled" the AoS in the first place. You fully deserve this impeachment and the Obstruction of Justice case. Lets not even say how you are such a coward for kicking famion and his bailiff kyle from the Judicial Branch chat EVEN THO FAMION IS STILL FJ. Ofc i got myself kicked too because i tried to restore order but no mr ryanrevan right here needs to abuse his powers. We dont need such man in office. Do we really forget how he miserably failed at the DNI Senate Approval and rage quit USA? This person is not able to control his power hunger. I can also tell you that he will either get amnesty from his buťť buddy zeyad or the House will get yelled at by the aforementioned person.

| Ryan, you're saying no judge can be AOS'd, which is false. It would be biased of me NOT to aos him, especially when he did an alert to everyones screen that I'm doing something wrong and acting chaotic, the definition of 'contempt of court'. I even have video proof and when I asked Ryan why he removed the AOS, he told me it's biased to issue one to a judge, like wtf judges aren't immune from the law. Then he asked me what he did, like EXCUSE ME, if you remove MY aos on someone, at least watch the video and read my comments about what the AOS was about. No, I had to explain AGAIN to Ryan what it was about so that he wouldn't remove it again (which he has no power to do so) |

Rule of Law. Look it up.
Watch the video I have. He made the entire court go CRAZY. It's contempt of court, which is aosable. People have been aos for contempt of court. It makes sense to do it... |

| Also ryan, don't just to make this seem very small, he didn't do :m, not at all, so don't say that, he did an alert, which as everyone knows, is the most ANNOYING thing ever. If you don't know what it is, it plays an insanely LOUD sound and is very noticeable. I had to STOP WRITING THE VERDICT just to prove everyone wrong, because people were rebelling against me in my own court case. It's unnecessary, and it's contempt of court. |

My reason for supporting this thread
So I'm in the JB chat, along with Famion, and Ryan, as I joined I noticed Famion and Ryan were arguing about a situation with starboy. The issue regards whether this judge should have been charged with 'contempt of court' or not, ryan was defending the justice while, famion was explaining his point. Starboy was charged with Contempt of Court, because as Famion was stating his verdict, starboy used Admin to :alert all, about something, which caused the majority of the crowd to complain, because of the sound which is disturbingly loud, and annoying. We spent a couple of minutes trying to explain to Ryan what 'contempt of court' meant, yet he still continued to defend the fellow justice WHO WAS CLEARLY WRONG FOR DOING WHAT HE DID. Ryan later stated that its the crowds fault for the sound which was OBVIOUSLY caused by the command starboy had ran.
tl;dr
Starboy is charged with contempt of court. Ryan doesn't know what it means, therefore he shouldn't even be a judge. |

| Ryan told me that judges can't issue 'contempt of court' charge to people in court because as he describes "the court isnt their kingdom". Yes, me and fire had to spent 5+ minutes explaining what it means, till he kicked me and fire from the JB chat, which ended the argument. |
