Introduction All Human Resources Officers are expected to attend every training they have a chance to, and their main duty is not train, but write reports on trainings. Human Resources Officers that don’t send in at least one report per week and do not present a valid excuse will be removed from their position.
Sending in reports Human Resources Officers should send their reports to RafDev, unless they’re asked to send them to another Chief Operations Officer or above. Reports should be sent via a shareable link to a google document where the content of the report is. Reports should follow the model below.

Part 1: Made everything very easy to understand and motivated the trainees a lot. Asked 5 questions to each trainee, some harder than others. All trainees got at least 4 right.
Part 2: Role played a scenario where some trainees were customers (disruptive or not) and the rest were Sales Associates. After that, switched roles.
Overall: Motivational, good teacher. Fair speed. Could be more self confident.
