With the power invested in me as the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, I hereby declare iiDarkPower a threat to our nation's national security for threats of DDoS to both the National Security Agency's Director and Director of National Intelligence. He is to be blacklisted from all agencies/departments and fired (if in any).

Just for stronger evidence and to make sure nothing was edited (Not saying you did), can you take a screenshot of your whole screen?

Please include a reason as to why he was suspended and what LV laws he broke or else this NST is invalid.
I'm sure you would like to know what you were suspended for too, if you were in his position. Also, by law, they're supposed to know.
Therefore, if he isn't sure what he's being suspended for and NST'ed, it's abuse. Only exception is to suspend an agent for reforms or if not seem fit, but not NSTed. |

"Please include a reason as to why he was suspended and what LV laws he broke or else this NST is invalid."
> He doesn't need to break LV laws to be NST'd NST means a national security threat. A DDOS'er is a huge threat to national security. It seems like you didn't read the thread.
"I'm sure you would like to know what you were suspended for too, if you were in his position. Also, by law, they're supposed to know."
>This guy knows why he is blacklisted and fired from all agencies. Making DDOS threats is illegal and slaps you with an NST. Also show me the law that says he has to do this. All I saw was DOL guidelines which isn't a congressional law lol.
Therefore, if he isn't sure what he's being suspended for and NST'ed, it's abuse. Only exception is to suspend an agent for reforms or if not seem fit, but not NSTed.
> Nope and Nope. You seem to not know much about NST's. This is completely valid. |

@FlappyBirdsFlap
Maybe if he was provided the reason as to why he was suspended, this DDoS threat wouldn't have happened? Anyways, people should know the reason as to why they are suspended. Maybe you can't think logical?

Yes, he knows that he is now blacklisted and fired from all agencies for making DDoS threat... HOWEVER, I am talking about his suspension before the DDoS threats. I'm sure if he knew, it would not have led to this. It's somewhere close to the Miranda Rights. And Congress > DoL.
I do know the circumstances leading to the NST and around the NST. HOWEVER, everyone has a right to know as to why they're suspended (previous to the DDoS threat), even if they are unclear or may not believe it. You lack logical thinking. [2] |

| Sounds like a personal threat to me. You're abusing your authority by making this a "NATIONAL security threat", when really it's only a threat to three people. You use your position to escalate it. |

| @captain, the fact that he even threatened to DDoS is enough. You shouldn't threaten that to anyone no matter what. And the fact that he did is enough. People get fired all the time, yet, most don't threaten DDoS at all. This guy deserves it. |
