Here are a few tips on how to get promoted.
- Install merely's group enhancer , tells you when events are being held. Really useful.
- Train at places outside the groups events , to enhance your performance in actual events.
- Try to be respectful as much as possible , and stay quiet. Staying silent is a feature of professionalism.
- Grammar. Use grammar in official events , makes you look suitable.
- Either wear good hats , or be bald. Nowadays , groups stereotype people with cheap hats , unfortunately.
- Help group out with funds if possible. It's a way of recognition.
- Join group related divisions , such as Development groups , and try get into Elites. It will also get you noticed.
- If group has places like SFT tournament or Minigames where you can go to , be there and get noticed by LR's too.
I hope this helps anyone.

Making this just shows that you only care about your rank in any group that you are.

| Unless it's VAK, general charisma also works. No joke, I walked back into VS as a recruit, claimed I had the requirements for HR and they just put me at HR because I'm teslobo. |

Well this is not only for C&G.
I know that most of people in C&G have been in clans long enough to know most of that.

Actually, from my experience, unless you perform really good, the trainers will notice you better if you actively participate in the event by answering questions, etc, but it also depends on the trainer. Some aren't like this at all and like complete silence. You just need to change your behavior according to the trainer. You can tell by how they talk, act, and interact with other trainees.
