Annoying Ads Act
BE IT ENACTED BY THE ROCKPORT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: With increasing illegal posting of ads on the Rockport Wall, it’s time to do something to stop un-allied groups having their ads posted on the Wall.
SECTION 2: “Illegal posting of ads” is to be defined as a Citizen posting ads for groups that are not allied with Rockport. “Illegal ads” is to be defined as ads for groups that are not allied with Rockport.
SECTION 3: If there happens to be an illegal ad posted on the Rockport Wall, the following is to happen: A) If it is a onetime offense, Court Justices and Cabinet + are to delete the ad. B) If the offender is continuously (not spamming) posting ads, Cabinet + are to delete the ads and demote the offender to Tourist. C) If the offender is spamming the wall with ads, the Lieutenant Governor and/or Governor are to delete the ads and demote the offender to Tourist OR Exile the offender if they feel it is needed.
SECTION 4: Government Officials who follow the procedures listed above cannot be sued/impeached for “Violating Freedom of Speech” and/or “Illegally demoting/exiling a citizen”.
SECTION 5: This Legislation is to go into effect immediately.
SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this Legislation are hereby declared null and void.
