Ah, I stick to the bass, but I've got a good grasp on guitar.
I'm alright at singing, but wouldn't do it if I didn't have to.

I've never really tried to explore the orchestral instruments. I'm a little curious when it comes to that kind of stuff, but not that much.

Not many bassists, though, huh.
I feel like bassists are harder to find. Its a really cool instrument if you look at certain playing styles.

If you want to learn guitar, I suggest learning the bass too. It gives you a range of techniques and experience.
Not to mention Cliff Burton.

| I can generally get some bass tones from my rig if I use both pick ups and thumb pick with the EQ really leaning towards bass frequencies |

They have a guitar for that kind of stuff.
Fender VI Bass
Uses bass components and generally higher gauges, but still
You can't get tones like this unless you have an actual bass, especially 5 strings.

It was alright. Could use some bass tones to give it some subtance, or drums to keep a beat.

I can try getting a bassline going, depending if my computer wants to let me record things right. Just an idea.

Really all you need is Audacity, and some file receiving service to get the isolated track going.
Then you just need to change volumes and whatnot to get it to fit in the song.
