Would let people with the permission of the car owner to turn off sirens without fear of GTA. If the person you assigned to turn off the siren doesn't give you back the car you wouldn't be able to charge them with GTA. But, you can charge them with reckless driving which is what happens with a GTAer 99.999999999% of the time.

| Makes no sence, I do this anyway, just blow up the car or get inside of it and respawn it. |
