visit it and you'll get what im talking about. I'm manually controlling the coordinateframe to lock behind the vehicle. The problem with that is that it's laggy as hell. The thing is, the ship is for a space combat game, which requires for the camera to follow the plane, attached to be back of the plane. How can I achieve this?

btw controls are wasd and tap the up arrow once to get the vehicle going.

the problem is that I am. I fiddled with cameratypes as well but to no avail.

The latency part in the title is there by no mistake. I believe that the problem is actually because I'm using renderstepped, but idk what else I could use.

try using the attach camera type to keep the camera locked behind your aircraft.

well the problem with that is that the camera needs to go upside down, sorry for not using the most technical terms. thanks for responding though

RenderStepped would cause almost 0 latency if anything, it's literally the way to go

i think it would depend on if his code is efficient, or if he is trying to do "too much stuff" every 1/60th of a second. because even then, you could overload the client with too many tasks pretty quickly, considering your connected function will be called every render-frame. i just don't see how setting the coordinate frame of the camera every renderstep would lag like crazy though..

so I figured out the problem. For some reason the client-server communication was too much so when I turned on filteringenabled the client runs it all, perfectly smooth. Y'all can check out the place, it's quite nice.
