[EFFECTIVE 27 July 2015] INTRODUCTION: Marines, these rules and regulations will give the Corps a more realistic behavior and organize and answer some questions for some. These are effective immediately, and these are confirmed by the Commandant.
[CODE OF CONDUCT] |SECTION I: BASE ETIQUETTE] a. All base and ROBLOX rules defined in the ROBLOX rules and defined in the place description are to be followed. No excuses. b. Marines must execute a command given from a superior officer, under no circumstances should the order be disobeyed. Disobedience could jeopardize a operation and will result in an immediate demotion. c. If a non-group member is breaking ROBLOX's terms of service and rules do not hesitate to report them directly to the ROBLOX moderators. Report them, then confirm it with the base commanding officer with proof of their actions and give their name. d. When given the command to team chat, make sure you do so. Failure to use team chat could lead to a failed operation. (to team chat - type /t or /%) e. When given a team at a warzone, do not leave the team without the team leaders permission or do not join another team without permission. (Emergencies exclude these rules. Emergencies must be logical...) f. Do not fire at unarmed civilians, or do not fire unless you have a visual on a enemy or you are given the order to suppress the enemy. g. During raids/patrols stay relevant to the topics of the patrol/raid and do not talk about other things such as what you're having for dinner. (There is a time for that.)
[SECTION II: TRAINING ETIQUETTE] a. When responding to whoever is training you, respond with a positive and appropriate manner. 1. Officers will be addressed as Sir or Ma'am. DO NOT say "Sir (Name)" or "Ma'am (Name)." OFFICERS ARE NOT KNIGHTED. Never call an officer by his/her username unless it is a casual situation. 2. Enlisted will be addressed by their rank. Example: Sergeant Miller b. There are only four authorized responses a Marine may use: YES ____, NO ____, AYE AYE ____, [RESPONSE TO ACADEMIC QUESTION] ____. 1. YES/NO _____ are to be used as answers to a QUESTION. Example: Do you understand? YES SIR. 2. AYE AYE ____, is not to be shortened to AYE ____. The response is to be used after commands (not including some drill commands.) Example: Run to that post. AYE AYE SIR. c. When you're in formation do not move, talk, or adjust yourself in anyway unless given the proper command. If you're not given the proper command, and the instructors are responding with a negative attitude due to their mishaps, ask for permission to speak and correct whoever is instructing. d. When given a firearm, practice good firearm behavior. (Even though it's ROBLOX.) Good firearm safety is a necessity to have while in this Marine Corps. You will never point a weapon at a fellow Marine, or discharge your weapon without permission. We do not tolerate unsafe firearm safety. e. The Drill Instructors decision is final, if the instructor is lacking knowledge do not have a mean attitude and say "This guy doesn't know his stuff". (For you JROTC guys) If the DI doesn't know the proper way, ask permission to speak and permission to properly show the proper way.
