My metabolism doesn't allow me to gain mass so I can't gain muscle.

| Yeah my health has declined a bit, and so did my depression but I found that staying motivated and working out helps. |

When I say recently I mean like June
Usually it was like an after school thing ya know, like getting home and getting changed before heading out again
But now I'm not coming and going like that I've just dropped the ball. Still do my latterals and stuff at home in the morning. no dips recently either

| Y'all should swim, easily one of the best workouts there is. Doesn't necessarily build muscle but it keeps you in amazing shape. |

I used to swim alot, but it got boring at one point, and I completely lost interest in competitive swimming. |

I don't want to pay for swimming membership especially as is have to change my schedule around then.
One day 3:30pmcertain lanes will be open the next day its a kids swimming day etc |
