| Aside from all the genetics talk, is there anything I can physically do (like drink soy milk or other stuff) to grow? I'm 16, 5'4.5", and heading into junior year next month. Insecure about my height since even my 12 y/o brother is 5'5" it seems and kids that are in 5th grade and up seem to be taller than me :( |

| Try playing basketball or volleyball, or just try doing some jumping jacks or any exercises that include jumping. |
