i3 or one of those amd fx thingies 8gb but 6gb is ok hd 7770/r7 250x or some nvidia gpu it depends on your budget get other necessary components and make sure they dont blow up and stuff

i5 or higher. storage, i'd say a 128 GB SSD to store your OS and programs, hard drive for everything else. graphics, get at least a GTX 960 2GB

Streaming usually means you should have a high end AMD (for the cores) or a i7+
Usually streamers dont have a top of the line GPU on their streaming PC and get a high end CPU instead. |

that's decent
maybe a higher psu so you dont have to switch it out later
but i think that is a high enough wattage (im not sure how much wattage the r9 290 draws) |

if u can spend more money, i'd spend a bit for a better power supply so you can upgrade in the future without having to worry if its going to be compatible
