If you would like to be a host, you must be a supervisor or above. A co-host can be an interviewer in training or above. The only rank that can be interviewed is customer (other ranks may be interviewed with special permission.) Follow the steps below if you are unsure or confused about how you host interviews.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1. If I were to host interviews, I would use this format to announce the session in the group shout:
"Interviews | Host: Cruzer84 | Co-Host: ( Username ) | Customers only"
You may add a short message to it, but please keep it simple and relevant.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
2A. Customers/ Guests arriving must be numbered accordingly to the order in which they present themselves at the front desk. (Use the command :change (Username) rank 1)
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
3. Interviewers or Interviewers in Training must approach the customer/guest with the smallest numbered rank, and ask them if they are ready to be interviewed. If you are currently interviewing them, change their rank to B.I. (Being Interviewed.)
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
4. After evaluating the customer/guest, if you would like to hire them, please take them to the Training Center, located in the Interview Building.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
5. For failed interviews: Please initiate a “Failed” rank change. For passed interviews: Show them how to obtain food items and practice using the hand-to gui.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
6. If they seem to catch on quickly, they may be ranked as “Waitress/ Waiter”. However, if they seem to need more time, or if they leave during the training, they should be ranked as “Trainee”.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
7. Indicate “Passed” on the appropriate customers/guests, and congratulate them on joining the Tsunami Sushi Staff.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
8. When interviews are over, press the space bar in the group shout so it shows as nothing. |
