It's boring. It's more enjoyable when you beat the odds using team work to overwhelm your opponent and then once you have the base you have a lot of those unfair advantages to your advantage at this point.
We never shyed away from unfair forts in the past and we improved on our abilities. Fair forts don't have the same feeling and usually fair forts are boring an provide no challenge. At unfair forts a small raiding squad could win due to using the unfair advantages to their advantage.
Now with a "fair" fort all you need is numbers to win. Just flooding a server is all that's needed. And due to all these fair forts you have small power clans thriving that gets easy victories.
Last I checked clans like VOID, SF, VAK, FC, all renowned clans have "unfair" advantage bases but have proven to be an obstacle to beat. SMO used to be a hotspot of raids because it was fun fighting there. Yeah it was hard but small raiding parties could do it and the bragging rights served it's purpose. |

| personal preference doesn't justify something that gives bait threads a chance and bad to the clan community. |

Technically, there's CHALLENGING, like you aren't used to it, and then there's FRUSTRATING.
Challenging is fun, SMO usually offered challenging, and you didn't need gamepasses to win, just wit and teamwork.
Frustrating is if there's gamepass weapons to win. No one buys gamepasses from a group unless they are in it because that's funding the group. |

| You can make a fair base that gives a challenge to players. It is just that most clan fort creators are trash game designers. No offence. |

To an extent yes, but I consider game pass forts and unfair forts two totally different scenarios of combat. People brag about their "equal spawning distance" and "there's 6 ways to get inside our base!!!" As public advertisement. |

I'd make a warzone that offers a challenge. How? Stealth, assault, vehicles, etc.
You can do whatever, but will you be able to win?
Sneak past your enemies, shoot them up, or outrun them. |

Look at league of legends. Not really my thought on a best example but still, it works. Quite frankly, the current terminal system has to go. It promotes server floods with people sitting at the terminal not doing anything.
There are many ways to help combat this issues, such as reducing fort size, and wat not but the main problem is the system we are using. |

And again this is why C&G is total crap and knows nothing. C&G complain why the clan community is "dying" and is boring. Well this is one of the many problems. VOID beats your base? Change it up to make it more challenging!

Thing is forts like fort wolf like smo like sfs old one like 8c are hard but forts like labs and stone bridge are borderline impossible.
I like hardforts too which made me fond of vak and fc in the first place but some forts are impossibly hard. |
