| Obviously this wouldn't apply to those who flame on C&G. |

i like to think i was a pretty decent officer back on bubbley27 :/
best leader ive seen though would be castellian, with best officer being, believe it or not, fireblade/brian when he actually cared and was the only general in VAK doing anything
them warzone trainings were intense |

@blood
to be frank from what i can remember they were just really frequent and super tactical scrims that usually involved all the VCR members along with a handful of VAK and VAC
everyone just had fun and worked together to get better with StA-52's, playing out different scenarios brian set up from simple team death matches, to protect the leader and siege rounds
wasn't super tryhard or roleplay, just straight up no-nonsense practice on an even map |

| RodgerDodger is not the best leader but was the best HR of all time. Currently, I like Swordmaker as an HR. |

yeah i had a hard time figuring out how to make it enjoyable for everyone as well when i started hosting them for TGI
what i learned is that there needs to be a balance between straight practice, and fun minigames you come up with on your own that can still be relatable to actual raid scenarios
for example, i made a gamemode at space station corona where a small team of well equipped defenders held the conference room against a large number of lightly-equipped attackers. the goal was for them to rush in over an exposed bridge and wipe out the defenders, but i pretty much rigged the game so that it was impossible for the raiders to win unless they full out bum-rushed together as a team, instead of going in waves
i did this because i noticed that there was always a handful of people who never pushed with the team during raids and defenses, always staying back to give "covering fire" but in reality just weren't helping whatsoever. the game was designed to be fun, while at the same time teaching the importance of coordinated pushes where EVERYONE goes together to overwhelm the enemy
as long as what you're doing in your training can be relevant in some degree to actual clan combat, i.e. raiding and defending, then it should be enjoyable for most and a training well spent |
