It all happened when I thought one day "I can stay up all night long, and go to sleep at 9 PM, and then get back on schedule. (And avoid dead night time OT)"
Aaaand now I wake up when I want to go to sleep

To fix a dramatic lag like that would be to literally stay up a whole 24 hours or around it

so basically pull an all nighter, and stay awake for the whole day then go to bed at like 10 or 9 pm

I have been trying to do that, but then eventually I get all cold and tired at 2 PM, so I lay down for a while to rest, and then fall asleep.
I don't know why I expect to do better than the last time each time.
