---Long Story About the Problem--- About three months or so ago, I encountered a problem with Roblox on Chrome. In spite of me installing Roblox, (As well as uninstalling and reinstalling 3+ times), Roblox in Chrome would behave as though I still hadn't and repeatedly opened up the installation window. I became inactive for about three months because of this, and Chrome still hadn't fixed it, so I had tried Firefox and for several weeks it worked.
However, now Firefox has started doing the same thing. It is as though I haven't even downloaded it because it, too, is asking me to download it when I already have.
Also, I can't launch it from Studio because it as well claims I need to "download Roblox."
---tl;dr--- Neither of the above internet browsers recognize that I have downloaded the game and even when I reinstall it they keep having me re-install it repeatedly.
---Request---
Somebody please help. I'm usually decent at finding solutions to problems like this but I've tried everything.
Thanks. |

Make sure you have pop-ups enabled.

| On Chrome you should see a puzzle icon on the right inside your address bar. Click it and set it to always allow popups from roblox.com will activate the Roblox extension and you will be able to play games from there. |
