you'll need-
tortilla mild salsa microwave bacon eggs vegetables of your choice (bell pepper is best)(optional) cheese (optional) salt pepper
steps- {eggs} 1. crack 2 eggs into a microwave safe bowl 2. beat until its basically liquid 3. microwave for 35-45 seconds (i usually do 40) 4. pull out, beat and mix again 5. repeat microwaving/mixing until the eggs are as scrambled as you like
{tortilla} 1. lay tortilla over bowl 2. microwave 18 seconds
{final prep} 1. layer 2 slices of bacon in bottom of tortilla 2. put eggs/cheese (optional)/vegetables (optional) on top 3. sprinkle salt/pepper on 4. pour on salsa 5. layer on 2 more slices of bacon 6. roll like a normal burrito
congrats |

" repeat microwaving/mixing until the eggs are as scrambled as you like " Or you could, get a pan and scramble the eggs on a stove like a normal person. But this actually sounds like the best thing ever so I should track this thread. |
