The Guide for the Ranking System of The Arcadian Cooperative; TAC
-------------
-(Initiate)-
Newly joined or newly recruited to TAC. This member has not been formerly assessed. Not to be trusted with any duties or responsibilities. They have wall posting power but will be removed at any breach of respectful conduct.
-(Auxiliary)-
Members belonging to this rank should be at least somewhat capable. Must at least know something about proper manners and combat. These members are not to be trusted with any responsibilities but can be accounted for in combat as lowest rank fighters. Or more specifically "Auxiliaries" to whichever situation is at hand.
-(Arcadian)-
Accurately named fully fledged members of TAC. They should be fully combat capable, and competent in military matters. They are the primary combat force of TAC and will be expected to perform their duties with diligence and fortitude. Some people may never want or need to surpass this rank, as it should encompass everyone not interested in leadership roles, or even capable of handling responsibilities. This rank's purpose is to be a functioning part of TAC simply for glory and combat.
~(Vanguard)~
If one spends long enough in TAC, they can eventually expect to attain this rank. It is only mid-rank. Barring simply having been around long enough to know exactly what to do, one can attain this rank by showing leadership aptitude, former experience with many clans, or showing an understanding of coordination and battle field tactics. The responsibilities of this rank include assisting trainers at trainings, raid leaders at raids, and showing some level of control and leadership over their lower ranked comrades as well as understanding with their peers and higher ups.
=(Centurion)=
The lower tier officer, A High Rank. Able to host training's, raids, and the group shout. It is a rank with members chosen of the Vanguard for their in-depth understanding of raid strategy, combat tactics, leadership, maturity and experience.
=(Commandant)=
The upper tier officer. Their jobs include basic administrative functions, such as removal of spam/flaming on the group wall, warpath leading, promotion and demotion based on the suggestions of the centurions and the competency of said centurions evaluation. They oversee training's and raids, mostly for the purpose of instructing their junior officers. They take orders directly from the Hi-command *though they are not a part of it they are briefed well in all current happenings* They are the most trusted and responsible members of TAC.
+(Lord)+
The Lord's are the select few hand chosen people who are basically the co-leaders of TAC. They are only accepted through a relationship with the leader's and other Lords through a long time of service. As they must be trusted completely as they are granted all administrative abilities so the clan can function with a leader even if the group holder is inactive or mostly so. There should only be 3-4 people max of this rank.
*(Emperor)*
The most respected of the Lords, or alternatively the ones with Builders Club *required for owning a group* Holds this rank, though are equal in stature to the Lords in general.
