| That's why you're only allowed 2 minutes, most songs are longer... |

Fair use guidelines only allow 15 seconds of a song to be used without it being considered as a copyright infringement. Anything longer, even a millisecond, is considered copyright infringement.
Roblox is not uploading illegal music, so they're not responsible. Users are the ones uploading illegal music. Even then, users probably aren't distributing illegal music. If users are getting it off of a website, it is the website owner that will get in trouble, not Roblox.
For example: Bob finds a free music site. He gets all of his music off of it. He knows the site uploads illegal music but he downloads it anyway. Bob decides to upload a song to Roblox. Bob's song is uploaded.
Roblox is not responsible for this copyright infringement because Bob uploaded it, so it comes down to Bob. Bob isn't responsible for copyright infringement because the music piracy website uploaded it. The music piracy website is ultimately responsible.
It isn't illegal to download pirated music, but it is illegal to distribute it. |

| You might argue that users are distributing it because other users can add the music to their inventory, but the music is not downloadable, as it is only available to use for development purposes. In other words, Bob is distributing distributed content. It always comes down to the person who first started the distribution of the pirated music. |

| I'm pretty sure that 15 second rule you were talking about does not exist. I haven't done much research on it but you can look up source after source talking about how the X-second rule doesn't exist. |

| Basically if anything about copyright occurs for ROBLOXs uploaded audio, they can just remove it, and take appropriate action on the users account. But since it's very difficult to claim you made anything on this site, i doubt anything serious will occur. |

Correction: the 15-second rule does not exist. It's a myth. My bad.
Anyway, in most sites a copyright holder can just file a copyright claim. As long as this claim is attended to pretty fast, there won't be any problems. I don't think any sane judge would let a record company sue Roblox when they have a copyright infringement filing system in place. |

| Fair use does cover copyright infringements regarding nonprofit and/or educational purposes. I'm just putting that out there because Roblox is definitely not either of those. |
