I've been attempting to get my stolen main account back. No I did not give my info away, I am not that stupid to do that. I sent an appeal yesterday and a guy which I will keep anonymous for safety, I sent him an email with the verified email on the account, but the thief changed the email to his, so I sent an email to the appeals team and this man told me this is not my account because it is not on the email associated with the account. Well no dips, the thief changed the email. Sir I know you are reading this, I even provided proof that the account was mine, I gave you a bunch of screenshots and 3 video evidence that the account is mine yet you say it is not mine. Are you kidding me right now? You have a log history thing in your system log, you can see all the previous emails associated with the account and you won't even budge to look at it? You're just judging the account is not mine just by looking at the current email address that's on the account? You gotta be serious right now. This is exactly why many and I mean MANY people on Roblox cannot get their accounts back. Because of the thieves changing the email address and the appeals team not bothering once at all to look at the change history.
I want answers right now. Mod, how can you let this kind of behavior slip aside? This isn't even the first time I got this kind of behavior from a staff. Not once, not twice, not three times, but four times. This one isn't even the worse. The worse I got was around November when I sent an appeal about an unreasonable ban because I got banned for telling the truth behind Roblox's moderation, incredibly unessasary updates and removals and unreasonable bans on the forums and I cannot tell you just how many people agreed with me. It had over 30 pages and some of you might have seen the post about it that I made. That thread got deleted and I got a 14 day ban just for exposing the truth. The reason that was posted on my ban was "advertisement" and it showed my forum thread post about exposing Roblox. Where on that post does it show that I was advertising??? I'm putting that behind me because it was just so stupid to be banned for 2 weeks all for a thread that made Roblox ashamed of theirselves.
I want answers on why I cannot get my account back when you can clearly see my email address on the log files. And this guy is telling me it is not mine when you can see the email on the logs. My friend can't even get his back either because of the same exact reason, by the same guy. I want explanations right now. |

| Usually when information changes on your account, ROBLOX will send you a canned message to the email before it got changed. |

| No I did not. The email that was on the account was the email I sent to the dude appeal team. How did that guy even get hired with that kind of attitude?? At least tell us an explanation of what we can do on the email, but instead he did it rudely and telling us it is not ours. |

| Someone on the Roblox staff, I want explanations for me and my friend about this guy's attitude. I will not let this go away with that kind of attitude towards both of us. And not only both of us, I know there are plenty of people out on Roblox that were treated just like this. Possibly by the same guy. |

When I got PG'ed, he/she changed my email, so ROBLOX sent an email to me saying my email changed. They even gave me a link to revert it. Ever since then, my account has been fully protected.
I think it would be helpful if you give them proof that you bought anything with that account. |

| You can't. 1 888 BLOX isn't even in use. It's just a robot talking giving you information. No one uses it at all anymore. They never used it since like 2010, that was the last time it was used. |

| Dude if I send another email it will go directly to that same guy. I gave that dude proof that the account is mine and he didn't even bother looking at it. All he said was the account is not mine all because the email was changed and that I will not get my account back. |

| If you bought BC/ROBUX with that account, you can email them the receipt showing legitimate ownership of the account. |

| Why is email the only thing that's proof the account is yours??? You can't look at videos or screenshots to see if it's actually ours??? Since when has emails become proof of an account man? That man only wants his paycheck. People like him are suppose to be trusted by us in order to get our accounts safe but apparently not anymore. Who is left for us to trust our accounts for now? | Seriously, Roblox needs to improve a ton on their appeal staff member. Email is not proof the account is yours when you have clear evidence that it is yours. That man said the email provided is proof the account is not mine. Like what in the world??? |
