We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. However, please understand that once a decision is made, we're not able to continually restate our determination.
However, that said, with your follow-up, we've noticed some confusion that we'd like to address.
- Universes were implemented before your Game Pass was purchased. This of course, does not mean it wasn't added to the game afterward, but we want to make sure we're completely on the same page.
- Our reference to the warning about the game being closed in the coming weeks, was not to when you purchased the Game Pass, but to illustrate the developer's willingness to be forthcoming with information.
As mentioned previously, a typical scam of this type involves a player creating a place for a limited time, closing without warning (or in very obvious cases, mocking those that made purchases), and not in any way fulfilling promises made with the items sold. This was not found to be the case for a multitude of reasons.
- As hinted at, though that was in regards to the donation place and its closing, developers are allowed to make changes to the pay structure of their games. Like with closing a game, though less permanent, this could temporarily bar access to players. Indeed, while you certainly may have only had access to game for a week before the change, the developer is allowed. Furthermore, those that came to the game afterward had to pay multiple times as well: the initial 35 Robux, and for any added game passes at indicated on the game's description.
This again, remarks on the developer's willingness to be forthcoming with information.
- As to the comments. As you're no doubt aware, plenty of users leave comments that are not indicative of the game/item/group/etc. they're commenting on. This is not to say they're automatically untrue, but they do not necessarily indicate a game is a scam.
That said, a large number of these don't indicate it was a scam, but express frustration the game is closing. That said, as you previously noted, a few weeks seems to have become a few months, so it may be the developer is listening to feedback.
One more point to add: this situation took places several month ago; however, we're only just learning of it now, and we don't see earlier reports of this issue attached to this email address. Had this been reported at the time it took place, we may have been able to confirm more of your report, but this becomes more difficult the more time passes. Should something like this happen in the future, we highly recommend contacting us immediately.
With all that said, while we're aware this is not what you want to hear (and thus understand if you're frustrated), the decision on this case is final. We will not be able to provide further comment on this matter, but should you have another issue or question, we're more than happy to assist you.

As for the scamming place, that's awesome! I'm really glad that was taken down. Those things can be dangerous and I'm glad to see the mods taking that as a top priority. You did absolutely the correct thing by having you and your friends all report it. The more reports on something like that the better. However, as this falls into the "messages, comments, bad games themselves, harassment accounts, descriptions, blurbs...etc" category, it would also be perfectly acceptable and even encouraged to also report it to us through email as those sorts of things we definitely can remove and moderate on. "Report abuse" is definitely the best and most important first step because hopefully by the time the email makes it to us, it would have already been removed by the mods. Though, if it hasn't, that's something we would want to make sure we take care of. Scamming/Phishing is bad news and we want to make sure we stop it as soon as humanly possible.
I'm very glad you emailed me. I'm happy that I was able to clear things up a little bit on the whole process. Everything can get very complicated and confusing and frustration is absolutely understandable. I definitely don't want to cause any added frustration and only wish to help users to know how to best help us to help them. IF there's anything else you have questions or concerns about, I would be happy to see what I can do or find out for you.
