So my idea is "Payed Models", They should be just like free models, except you can set a price for them. The main issue with this idea is that someone will re-upload them as free models, but there will have to be a certain "copyright" system for your models.
Thank you if you support. |

| I don't understand why you stopped at just that. Did you expect someone else to magically explain the copyright system? |

| It will probably work by not being able to see the contents, or just certain parts of it. You can only use it and place it, but there should be no way to actually unmodel/model/copy at all. I am currently still working out a way of how this could function. |

I was thinking about this idea too when I first made my Pancor Jackhammer Shotgun model. I hope this idea goes through so I can distribute my models to players and content creators alike.
This suggestion rewards model makers and really boosts the motivation to make models.
I could see a few potential issues with this though but overall its a great suggestion. |

No, here's the issue:
Someone buys your model.
Then they re-publish your model as their own, and give it out for free.
That's why this isn't going to happen. |

If you can't tinker with it like you said, then it can't be used effectively, and no-one would really want to use models in that case.

Okay this was something I thought of earlier that I thought would be good to counter the issue where someone would re-publish the model.
Each model will have a special "Unique Identifier" part on it. This part cannot be removed from the model even with the use of scripts. What this Unique Identifier part does is that it prevents other players from re-uploading the model as the Part blocks the user from doing so.
In addition the Unique Identifier part will come with a set of rules on it depending on the original owner of the Model. For example the Original owner can tell the part to allow or dis-allow customers (people who bought the model) to take apart the model or only take apart specific parts of the model.
With this suggestion its very unlikely that the customers will be able to re-upload the models without the Original Owner's consent. That way it will prevent customers from pirating the model.
This suggestion here along with the OP's original suggestion would make the Paid-Model idea perfect for the modelling and Roblox community. |

"This part cannot be removed from the model even with the use of scripts. "
That goes against building freedom. Not to mention that it's impossible to do without totally changing the building system on Roblox. |

No support.
People would take models that are free and publish them for something like 100 robux.
But I know how the thing would work without people taking it then publishing it for free. The copyright system would make it so if anyone publishes for free they would have to pay the price of the real model for every take and once you run out of money to pay the owner you would have the model removed, everyone owning it would lose it. |
