Cream cheese is actually pretty good for you if not consumed in huge amounts(way more than spreading it on my wheat bagel) And as-well the bagel was wheat which is also good for you And it was for breakfast eating breakfast lowers amount of fat intake for the whole day
So are you just mental or what?
