Ok guys, lets keep it simple. I am thinking of Resigning from FEAR. Why? FMA. As simple as that.
Ok FMA seems like a pathetic excuse for Resigning from FEAR but hear me out. FMA DOES NOT WORK. It used to work but with so many Graduates it makes it nearly impossible to host. Literally there must be 5 or 6 times as many graduate trainings as Officer trainings. Surely this kind of defeats the point of Officer. Also I am going to be totally frank here. The classes are USELESS. They teach you nothing more than common sense. It was all stuff I knew already. The CL2s and CL3s were OK though, I did learn something from them. Its the 1s and 4s, especially the 1s which I am on about. The CL4s just seem pointless and I learnt literally nothing from it. The CL1s are the worst because I really need to learn how to train properly. And I will admit that I am not a very good trainer. The CL1s told me nothing helpful that I could use in my trainings. The CL1s should be hands on, properly hands on. Giving you scenarios and telling you exactly what things to say when enforcing the rules and then giving you the opportunity to test them out in a safe environment. As for the Graduates, go back to the old system with the tests. The system wasn't the problem it was how inactive it was. People could book times for the tests so there would be no franticly trying to find a supervisor. If you failed you would be given a written feedback form with a list of specific things to work on for next time. If, for example you had past training experience you would not have to sit through the classes. They would be optional but recommended. This would work. Graduate = Officer. And I know nothing will change because everyone else thinks FMA is the best thing in the world because it is active and Baku has worked so hard on it (which he has I won't deny him that) but active does not always equal good.
This probally seems like a really bad reason to quit FEAR but at the moment I don't feel at all inspired by it. I can't make any progress to Officer and even if I did I wouldn't feel any more privileged because I would have no new powers. In fact, as stated above I would technically have less.
So read this and take in what I have typed. And don't reply with 'FMA is so active there is nothing wrong with it'. You have 1 month to sort it out or else I am leaving |

^ I'm sorry bakugan, sir. But 'K",Really ? What happened to caring about the members ? I agree many things are quite useless and can be learned by reading guides and such. I learnt one thing and one thing only while I was a CL1. FMA doesn't properly prepare someone to be a host in FEAR, as a result some trainings fail miserably. |

FMA in theory works fantastically. The idea of FMA is great! But the classes are horribly implemented, we have way too many Graduates, HRs never host trainings anymore (actually I've seen them on the rise again which makes me happy), and as already stated, it's almost impossible to host.
FMA either needs to be fixed or tossed away as another failed project. |

Does FMA really work? The answer quite simply is no. I understand that people have worked hard and put in a lot of time and effort to try and make this work but a lot of the majors are thinking the same thoughts as Nigel. It is too hard to get anywhere or host a training, trying to look for a supervisor - especially in Britain. The classes teach us nothing, I have been to CL1 and CL2 and literally could have gone afk for the entire time and still completed the end quiz with flying colours. What do we need to do to fix this major issue? The answer is simple. We need to get hands on lessons, actually teach people what it is like to host and how to control people before they are thrown into a situation they have no idea how to handle. We need to do only 3 lessons, 1 on training, 1 on raiding and the other on the tactical side of things. At the end of this there needs to be a test, 1 on an ACTUAL training, see how they perform under the pressure of having to actually handle the situations they may fins themselves in. A raid test, an ACTUAL raid, see how they lead their group and if they lead them into a victory and a failure. And lastly a written test on tactics and what they would do in certain situations. There are many majors feeling the way Nigel does, undermined and unwanted in this group. We need to do something today. We can do something today! |

| FMA doesn't really work. It really never has, I mean Disav0w did his best and I'm sure bakugan will do the same but in the end it just simply won't want to work. You need everyone in the group to do FMA, and supervisors are just there taking orders from lower ranks (no offense to you LRs you guys are awesome) and they can tend to dislike that. History of a repeat might happen and bakugan given a weaker or similar punishment to disav0w but if Bakugan11 can fix this he will do it in the next month or so. |

Instead of saying FMA is bad, say what we can work on.
Stumped you there. :/
