With the upcoming election, the British people will decide on what party is elected into power. Under a UKIP government, there will be many changes to the way Britain functions, the way democracy works, the way His Majesty's government functions. As the Shadow Secretary of State for Work, I have many pledges to the British people.
Employment Pledges:
■ Public services, such as the National Health Service, reporting weekly to the Department for Work and Pensions about activity and member-growth. ■ We shall attempt to make a database of all those employed in order to monitor activity and the jobs that they may hold. ■ Proposing a bill to Parliament to start up the 'JobCentre.' The function of this organisation is to easily get the unemployed in touch with public services - helping them to get employed. They will also be able to give professional advice to services in order to assist with employment and advertisement. ■ Billboards would be erected around London to advertise services and businesses. Along with helping the economy, this would help services that are struggling with getting people employed. ■ The Public Works Administration would be proposed to Parliament. The role of the PWA is to employ people that posses specialist skills such as building, engineering, fashion designing, and so on. ■ At times when job demand is high, the Department for Work & Pensions would encourage HM Government to set up extended services at London. ■ Department Heads (or any other person responsible for recruitment) would be periodically monitored to ensure that there is a steady amount of employees. The Department for Work and Pensions would have the power to impose sanctions on Department Heads.
Pension Pledges:
■ Distinguished employees would be recommended to the Department for Work & Pensions by employers for an in-game cash reward (though NOT a Robux award). ■ If there is a surplus in the Treasury, retired employees that have worked for a long time with exceptional standard will be offered a 'Robux Pension.' |
