Does it involve making an empty place, saving it, then getting that file, right-clicking, opening it with notepad, then replacing everything within that [notepad] file with the code you provided, then saving, then opening the place?

Yeah; that is if you can open a .rbxl file with notepad, which is not what I did.

You can with 'Open With'.
Then save it, then open it with ROBLOX Studio.
