Well as you know, we need a policy on inactivity, this hasn't really been an issue, but you know, it needs to be addressed.
Section I (Superintendent's)
1) If a Superintendent is inactive, they will be given a warning.
2) I he/she is still inactive, their names will be brought up with the AC's and eventually the Commissioner.
Section II (Chief Superintendent's)
1) if a CS hasn't hosted a training for more than 3-4 days, then he/she will expect a message from his/her AC.
2) If a CS hasn't hosted for 2 weeks, he will be demoted to Super.
Section III (Assistant Commissioners's)
1) If a AC is inactive in promoting for 3+ days, he will get a warning.
2) If an AC is noticed not doing his/her promotions for more than 2 weeks, his name will be mentioned to the Commissioner, and possibly be heavily warned/demoted.
Section IV (Senior Assistant Commissioner's)
1) if they have been offline for more than a week, then he/she will get a warning.
2) If they are offline for 30 days, their name will be brought up with the Commissioner.
