Today I am here to discuss with you on what our country needs to focus on; that is to bring back the academies for all Americans to have a chance being in an agency. Our country has not given that much people to have jobs, and it is time for that to change. This bill will establish greater recruitment to operate and build up a real economy, which is extremely important for a nation. Together we have to raise America out of the economic rut that has been sitting in for so long.
Bringing back the Academies for all Agencies Act
Section I – Preamble Section II – The benefits Section III – When the bill is passed Section IV – Ranks that are recommended to have Section V – Conclusion
Section I - Preamble
For or some reasons, few academies, has stopped running. It was however extremely efficient and gave fair chances to everyone to enter the agency they were willing to enter. I am currently aware of a recruitment problem that our American citizens are experiencing and I have come up with an idea. Many of our citizens have been disoriented on how to join an agency, well now there's going to be a way to get into one and that is by going through the academy!
Section II – Benefits Tryouts aren’t that helpful anymore; it only gives one person an opportunity to join an agency. But when academies are re-opened, it will benefit the job seekers, and retirees of the United States; improving working conditions; advancing opportunities for profitable employment; and assuring work-related benefits to the American people.
Section III – When the bill passes We will first shut down the Commission of Academies because it doesn’t seem to benefit the Country. After shutting it down, all agencies are to have each and one of their own academies like in the olden days when Night’s USA was first created. They will be forced to have an ACTIVE academy, which will be the ONLY way to join an agency. If trainers believe the agent is more than ready to be accepted in, then it must be approved by the Director first, and the agent can just be recruited without academy. IF bribery is found, then there will be consequences.
Each academy is to have as many trainees as they are willing to have especially instructors. Instructors in academies will have demotion power, but not exile power. Only way to get someone exiled for any reason is to contact the Head of Instructors or above. Instructors can have the duty to attend the tryouts to supervise the processing of the recruitment including those above, but they are not allowed to have any kind of jurisdiction power over anyone. Lastly, the academy itself will not be getting a team at DC/LV. Once this bill is passed, the Department of Education and the Department of Labor will work together to make things right and to make academies active once in for all. Both departments are to send inspectors to see how well the academy is running. They will be the ONLY ones to oversee academies and to have full control of it. Directors and Deputy Directors will have part control of it as well. Section IV – Ranks that are recommended to have
1. Background Check 2. Suspended/Exiled 3. Basic Training Phase 4. Combat Phase 5. Strategy Phase 6. Knowledge Phase 7. Testing Phase 8. Awaiting Interview 9. Gradated 10. Instructors 11. Head of Instructors 12. Academy Inspector 13. Academy Deputy Director 14. Academy Director 15. Deputy Director 16. Director
[Note] When a trainee is graduated, they MUST take an oath saying, I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
If they do not take this oath, there will be consequences.
Section V – Conclusion
We need to benefit the job seekers, and for retirees of the United States; improving working conditions; advancing opportunities for profitable employment; and assuring work-related benefits to the American people. This bill will help our employment rates higher than it is now. Let’s make history my fellow Congressmen.

Would rather have tryouts.
Tryouts show the difference between the strong and the weak. |

| Pretty sure you want academies because you're not that great at tryouts. |

CyberGemios1226, do you think having one person to get accepted into an agency benefit our economy? No, it will actually increase the unemployment rate which can lead our country into an economic disaster as it happen before in real life during the 1930s. Tryouts may show the difference between the strong and the weak making the agency to have more efficient agents, but in an agency or in an academy trainers or instructors hosts training for them to become stronger and a better agent. So, what's the difference of having tryout and having an academy? Let's face it, having more people in an agency are able to patrol in our local cities daily and collecting intelligence from our enemies more faster.
By the way, I don't want academies because I'm not that great at tryouts in fact I have been in agencies without tryouts or academies because I had knowledge and knowledge is power. I want academies because it's fair for people that doesn't have a career.

| Phyxia, they may have done this countless of times, but those who dare to fail miserably can achieve greatly. |

To be fair I don't think we need to have a bill which fixes their hiring policy...

Nay because this idea is great, but the directors and deputy directors themselves are too lazy to focus on an actual academy that will employ people. They'd rather have some try outs, get it over with, and then wonder why law enforcement is going downhill.

| Signed, the reason for so much corruption and rogues is due to tryouts. We need to bring back academy's to make sure every officer is committed to there job. Great idea. |
