So... im on ATR because noone on the help forum is "responding". so im jsut here to ask if anyone has the same problem, like i do. i tried some yt tutorial's but they didn't work. so i've got this trojan called svchost.exe. i don't know how i've got it, but my antivirus keeps telling me its from some random website, i never went on. So it's suppost to take my memory. idk if i should delete the svchost.exe because some of them aren't viruses. but one is, and its in the main file system32, and when i tried to delete it, it said are you sure you want to delete it, it said it was a microsoft file, so i didn't delete it, any help would be really helpful. |

if you're sure it's a trojan just remove it they can put whatever they want in there, for example, telling you it's a ms file |

'svchost.exe' is not a virus, it's a program your computer hosts, or contains, other individual services that helps Windows perform functions.

Correct, but my antivirus keeps blocking it, some programs are from these files. i get a message every hour, blocking 12 svchost.exe's. |

Is it possible, with the antivirus your using, to whitelist programs?

svchost actually runs the whole computer.
i once taskkilled it once to see what happens,
its not something that breaks your computer,
but its slowly disabling every connection between your hardware,
5 mins later = bsod |
