so my sleeping schedule has been poor lately and i was wondering if I should stay up stay up until like 11 pm today, haven't slept yet. Was wondering if I should do it and was wondering if u guys have done it

Two options.
Stay up all day until your regular time to sleep and or wake up is back. or Go to bed one hour earlier each day until you're back where you need to be.

@clan ACTUALLY in a guide for staying up late ur not supposed to have sugary foods because those will make u hyper at first and then it will make u fall asleep later so n0 |

| That's not too bad, if I were you I'd just have a short sleep, get up, go to bed about 3ish tomorrow then another short sleep and then you'll be back to normal, that's what I've done in the past to solve it anyways |

i sleep at 3am, wake up at 6 (parents r hate) sleep at 12pm again and wake at 4pm
it works

To stay up, drink a lot of water, do not eat carbs or sugar. So no bread or sweets or fruits. Eat a lot of meat, try to do workouts. If you get tired, drop and do 10 pushups and 10 jump squats. The jumps will wake you up. If you start to fall asleep, go right into the jumps squats.
Most important part is the water. Hydration = wakefulness.
