■ Introduction
The Department of Homeland Security has a vital mission: to secure the nation from the many threats we face. This requires the dedication of the employees in jobs that range from aviation and border security to emergency response, from cyber security analyst to chemical facility inspector. Our duties are wide-ranging, but our goal is clear - keeping America safe.

■ Objectives
1) Intercept Vital Threats (VT) against any person(s) who are working in a government position, government agency, armed forces or who are US citizens.*
2) Defend any person from any actions from a VT.
3) Prevent and defending from terrorism upon the citizens
4) Ensure the safe environment of US soil for all persons.

■ Jobs & Ranks
LOWCOM (Low Ranks)
Probationary Agent; Standard Employee, self explanatory of duties.
Agent; Advanced Employee, able to order Probationary Agents.
Special Agent; Advanced Employee, able to order Probationary Agents and normal Agents.
Special Service Unit; They should be respected if found on the Homeland Security team at DC/LV. They have no say over Homeland Security agents, but should be listen to in times of emergency.
Special Agent In Charge; High Ranking Official. Able to call patrols and host trainings to agents only.
Counter Terrorism Unit; Employees that are deployed during heavy terrorist attacks. This team will be set up when the U.S is at war.
Junior Inspector; Intelligent Employees with the ability to help handle investigations and problems within Homeland Security with Inspectors.
Inspector; Intelligent Employees with the ability to handle investigations and problems within Homeland Security. All agents have to listen to Inspectors during an investigation.
HICOM (High Ranks)
Council; Group of advisers to the Secretary and the President of United States. Also given specific tasks within the agency.
Inspector General; This person is highly respected in the agency, and is one of the highest ranks that you can achieve. They are tasked with making sure all the Inspectors/Council Members are working up to standards, and that the agency is running smoothly.
Head of Operations; The 3iC and acting Deputy Secretary when the Secretary or Deputy Secretary is away. All orders received from this person must be followed or punishments will be handed out. Controls the agency under the Secretaries.
Subdivision Representatives; Contains the Directors of Homeland Security Subdivisions.
Intelligence Community; Due to Homeland Security being an intelligence agency, intelligence community directors are given a position here.
Deputy Secretary; This is the 2iC of the agency. Highly respected. Anything ordered by the deputy must be followed. The Deputy Secretary makes sure the agency is running smoothly. The Deputy Secretary can only recommend the Secretary new agents. The Deputy’s primary job is to ensure that anyone out of the department (specifically the IC) is satisfied with our work.
Secretary; The primary overseer of the agency. Self-explanatory duties. The Secretary’s primary job is to handle both this agency and the subdivisions. The Secretary makes sure that the whole department is running smoothly.
**NOTE: If you have any questions about a specific rank within the agency, please notify the Deputy Secretary or Secretary.**
**NOTE: The ‘agency’ refers to just the Homeland Security Agency (HLS). The ‘department’ refers to HLS and its subdivisions.(DHS)**

■ Acceptance
Acceptance into the agency is by invitation or completing the Acceptance Course. The Acceptance Course will only open for a limited time. That time will be shouted on USA in advance.

■ Rules and advice
>>//: Wear the correct uniform at events. This includes patrols, operations, trainings, tryouts, and meetings.
>>//: Act mature while in the agency uniform.
>>//: Follow all orders given to you by a higher rank. If an Intelligence Community Director gives you an order, follow it unless it's irrational. Respectfully decline his order if you believe it is irrational or interrupts with your duties as an agent.
>>//: Be respectful to anyone. This includes all agents of the agency, and anyone outside the agency.
>>//: Be active. Inactive agents have no use in the agency. Activity checks will be done regularly.
>>//: Do not argue or fight with other agents.
>>//: Do not exploit at any USA related place, or while in uniform.
>>//: Do not go play around at another agency's event. You are to act your best while in front of other agencies.
>>//: Make sure to attend events as soon as they are shouted. Don't leave an event to attend another game on ROBLOX.
>>//: Follow all ROBLOX rules.
>>//: Do not slander anyone in the agency.
>>//: Don't create drama.
>>//: Don't abuse admin if you're given it at a camp.
>>//: Don't host or attend events at unofficial places. Only places owned by the Secretary+ are considered official unless told otherwise.
>>//: Do not join any terrorist organizations, assassination groups, or other organizations against the American government. This includes on your alt.
>>//: Don't abuse your tools at any USA related place.
>>//: Don't act like an idiot on duty.
