| All day today I was running and hanging with friends (sports, etc) and when I came home my bottom knee started hurting (the area is like right below my knee), it hurts when I move my knee up and down and a lot of pain comes from standing up from sitting on a chair. I'm not sure as its broken as I can handle it, but it hurts a lot. Also it hurts when I touch it and it looks like bone and I have no bruises on it. This might be long but please help me as I can't find the problem on the internet. |

I think it's once of those times when you sprain or stretch a muscle in that area. For the knee, you should raise the leg up and keep it straight using pillows and use cold compress if you feel like there is swelling or if your leg feels stiff then use warm compress.
If you can handle the pain and it doesn't hurt a crapton, it's probably not broken but if the pain still remains after about a week then there's no harm in getting it checked out and getting some expect advice.
Take care.... |
