Only an hour per day and it's usually in the morning. I'm somehow able to manage with that little sleep, but I feel as if I need more. my sleep schedule is so messed up, and it's so late here right now, and uuugh. I don't even know anymore

I'm somehow more energetic with less sleep now than I was with the correct amount of sleep at another time.

Last night I did get a bit more sleep, actually. I just woke up multiple times and checked the forums and some other stuff, then went back to sleep. I think the problem isn't that I cannot sleep, because I know I'm fully capable of sleeping, it's that I can sleep but I wake up several times while doing so.
