ROBLOX's Wiki do not help. Books on Amazon about ROBLOX LUA are rather expensive and outdated.
I want to possibly do some advanced scripting.
Some advanced scripting is used to emulate a GameBoy on ROBLOX. http://www.roblox.com/games/196780716/GameBoy-Emulator |

1. Theres a huge differeance, those 'ROBLOX LUA' books are NOT FOR ROBLOX there for real lua(if you didn't know roblox took lua and modified it for a 3D world) 2. If you dont lrn from wiki go 2 utube if thats makes less stick to wiki |

I am too lazy to even catch up to groups for lessons. There are real books on Amazon dedicated to RLUA, and I know there is a difference between ROBLOX LUA and regular LUA...
I am mediocre at regular LUA. |

I know how to execute commands, and I know a little about functions... That's about it. |

| Learning it takes time, you have to understand it yourself. |

I learned by messing with free model scrips for many many years. Scripting doesn't come over night, I tell ya. Here is a list of what you actually really need to learn about: Instances For loops While loops If statements Functions Connections

| I am still learning, but let me tell ya, one of the best methods is just taking free scripts, putting them into your game and just reading them. Break it down and eventually, it just makes sense, idk why though xD. |
