| Ikr? I still run PLAIN Windows 8 since 2012, its release, and I absolutely love this OS! I don't use any third party Windows 7 Start menu, I don't mind the retro start, I kind of like it actually. :D The charms bar is what I like the best too though! |

im using windows 8.1 and ive gotten WAY better battery life AND better performance than windows 7
windows 7 users suck

i just got windows 8.1 and i actually like it. i dont like 10 because you probably wont be able to go back to the metro start screen.
i find the metro screen to be quite neat. |

I have the Windows 10 Preview on my VirtualBox and you can separately enable that feature. You have to go to some settings, enable metro start, it will ask to restart computer. |

| my schools use 7. i like it because of how fluid it looks, but the metro style is neat. |

thats the exact reason why i hate windows 10
im gonna install windows 10 on a seperate partition and if they dont have the metro start screen by the time its released then im gonna destroy it with viruses, then ill start up windows 8.1 and delete the partition where windows 10 is

ive tried the preview and guess what? THE START SCREEN LOOKS HORRIBLE
its not metro at all, the background is invisible, it looks terrible, and the taskbar just stays on top of it
