I have a Logitech wireless.
Battery lasts for a few months, and works great. |

Wired > wireless
Wired anything is more reliable. |

I'd use a wireless mouse.
It comes with the cost of having to use batteries, but they're great.

| Wired mouses are better than wireless. Why? Wired mouses don't run off batteries and never go out when you don't want them too. |

I would stick with a wired mouse if your on a desktop as wireless can get interrupted by random signal loss. Also wired has a less time delay from when you click something to when something happens on screen.

I've always used a wireless, I change the battery maybe... err... once a year?
It's just a cheap microsoft wireless mouse/keyboard setup, and it's never gave me any issues.
But i'd stick with wired. If you are not able to put your mouse close to the usb, you'll have problems. |

| I recommend a wireless mouse, but you're gonna need a lot of batteries. |

A little side note I want to add since you're into gaming:
Wired is just the best. That's why I use Ethernet over wifi.
If you use wifi, you should get a new network adapter (unless the one you currently have is good) with a plastic cradle, USB cable, and fasteners. It is used to extend the wifi range.
That will significantly improve your gaming experience. |

Batteries aren't a problem since my mom keeps a stash of them like clothes haha
But I'm using a laptop & I don't want any click delays. |

I switch from wireless to wired every once in a while, but I mainly use a different sort of wireless and wired mouses

One more thing I want to input:
Don't buy a wireless mouse. Don't buy a wireless keyboard...don't. Just don't.
I don't care how long these batteries last, it's not worth paying for them.
It's not.
